What we DO
Fire damage is one of the hardest and complicated type of claims to process and get proper coverage for unless you use a Public Adjuster. There are so many things that are damaged from fire and a lot of it isn't voluntarily paid by your insurance company. Most home and business owners are in such a state of panic and desperation after a fire, that they just accept whatever is offered, only to find out later that the insurance company adjuster forgot about the smoke damage, office or home products (paper, food, software, CD's) or furniture that is stained from smoke, walls that have a burnt odor and AC ducts that are damaged.
The good news is that it usually isn't too late if you have a Public Adjuster look at your claim and file a supplemental claim within 3 years of the original claim or damage. Most of the time we can come out and inspect your home or business, go over the original claim and file a supplemental claim to repair the damages that were avoided by the insurance companies employee.
Florida Law states that only a lawyer or Public Adjuster is allowed to assist a home or business owner with a fire damage insurance claim or smoke damage claim.
