Daytona Beach Public Adjuster
Volusia county licensed INsurance adjuster
Did you know: Our service is free unless we can recover money for you. When we do recover money from your insurance company, we only charge a small percentage of the claim.
Your insurance company has their own insurance adjuster, you also have the option to use your own public insurance adjuster to help you file your insurance claim. Most Daytona Beach home owners, commercial property owners and business owners have never heard of Public Adjusters. Most people find out the hard way, when they discover that their claim has been denied, or major damage was missed by the insurance company adjuster. There are only two professionals that can assist you with filing your insurance claim, an attorney and a Public Adjuster. Most people choose a Public Adjuster because insurance claims are their specialty, an attorney can be used but it is usually much more expensive and the results are sometimes less than desirable.
Our Daytona Beach insurance adjusters can handle almost any type of insurance claim including fire, wind, flooding, hurricane, hail, theft, vandalism, sabotage, arson and much more. We specialize in sinkhole damage, hurricane damage, fallen trees and commercial losses.
ASK THE Daytona Beach Public Adjuster
Question: We need an adjuster to come out to look at our attic. We had a fire 2 years ago in our kitchen and thought that everything had been fixed from the fire damage. It wasn't fixed, we hired a pest control company to come out and trap possums that had somehow got into our attic area and when the man came down, he said we need to get someone out to make some big repairs in the attic. We hired a contractor to come look at it and he found severe fire damage to over 7 support beams, the AC duct was completely burned thru and the roof had large burned areas. Is it too late to get this covered? The estimate to fix it was over $7,500.
Answer: Yes, Florida Law allows an insurance claim to be opened up again within 3 years. This law was put into effect for this exact reason. Give us a call to schedule a free claim and damage review or click here to fill out our online claim review form.
RECENT PUBLIC INSURANCE ADJUSTER SUCCESS STORY
In 2010 we were contacted by Mrs. C***** concerning her roof damage. No claim was ever filed during the time after the storm as her husband was terminally ill. He died shortly after the storm. She was handling affairs and just never made a claim. When investigating a leak, her roofer determined that she had storm damage to her roof. She contacted AAA to assess the loss and file a claim with her insurer. The claim adjuster met with us, we showed him the damage and our estimate. He stated that the estimate looked reasonable and he would pay the claim, but when the check came, no interior damages were paid. He stated that it could not be proven that the inside damages were caused by the leaking roof from the storm. Our client was paid $104,500.00 for the roof, but the interior damages exceeded $64,000. AAA successfully argued for an additional $58,600.00 and everyone was happy. Client requests no calls but allowed for us to use her story. Many of our clients are snowbirds and do not know they have incurred a loss. Once they return to their home, they find damage. Late filing of a claim is tricky and must be handled expertly. Incorrect handling can get you a denial. Be careful which public adjuster you use. Many claims require kid-glove handling.
